Aaron Rashaw is a guitarist, educator and composer of music. He grew up in New England and studied at Berklee College Of Music. He earned a bachelor's degree in music from Plymouth University.
Aaron has taught and played music in Salt Lake City for 20 years. He currently teaches about 35-40 private students per week. Pop, folk, blues and rock are just some of the many styles Aaron teaches. Aaron's main focus is fun, success and growth for each student. "You have to have patience, strong communication skills and an understanding of every student's personality that you're working with. Playing notes fast on the guitar doesn't translate into being a great teacher."

Outside of his private lessons Aaron has taught group and individual guitar classes for The Institute Of Arts, Youth City Central City, Kearns Community Education and The Montessori Community School. He has played with local musicians such as Dave and Carol Sharp, Mark Jardine, Steve Keen, Kate McLeod, Theresa Welch, Krista Baker, Marv Hamilton, Steve Stewart, Steve Wesson, Joe Muscolino, Chris Hough, Duncan Phillips, Amanda Grapes, Nathan Spencer and many more.

He and Steve Stewart have made a guitar/mandolin duo album. Aaron has recorded music for a SUWA documentary narrated by Robert Redford.
